Spring Developer - Lead


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

  • 7-11 years of experience
  • Hands on technical experience in must have technical requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Developing, Designing and implementing large scale enterprise applications.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
  • Knowledge of Agile process
  • Delivery Management with full responsibility
  • Interpersonal Management with GIC model experience in mid-to-large teams

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET

Must have: Spring MVC, Spring Boot Microservices, Webservices, Hibernate

Nice to have: JQuery, ExtJS, MongoDB, JBoss Drools Rules

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct design solution sessions with developers and formulated technical solution for the project.
  • Responsible for designing and creating technical frameworks.
  • Estimations for the project
  • Responsible for making architectural/design choices to ensure the maintainability / scalability / performance of the applications developed.
  • Responsible for design and code review of the overall project and ensured appropriate best practices are adhered to.
  • Responsible for on-time development completion with low defect rate – through close interactions / reviews with the developers

  • Responsible for working with Infrastructure Team for setting up the necessary resources in Dev/QA/Prod regions
  • Responsible for maintaining Information Technology (IT) strategies by researching and implementing technological strategic solutions to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department.
  • Oversees information systems function for a site, system, or special initiative.
  • Delivers and supports software system solutions that support the operations of their functional areas.
  • Manages at least a single application (or the equivalent capital and/or level of responsibility and complexity).
  • Evaluates all directives, change orders, and projects as to their impact on tactical plans, budgets, and contract compliance.
  • Oversees and implements new subsystems, procedures and techniques; manages implementation/integration projects to ensure deliverables.
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
